We took our annual trip to York Maine last week. The weather was gorgeous. We were truly blessed in that department. Here is a look out at Short Sands beach.
At night we would listen to bands play at the Gazebo near the beach. Some nights they have fireworks, but not that night.
Here is James enjoying the evening with his family. Soon he won’t want anything to do with us! You know teenagers…..
Here we are in front of the Nubble Light House in Cape Neddick, York, Maine.
On a sad note, I had to take a picture of these strange looking dead fish that washed up on the shore. What the heck kind of fish is this? I thought they were eels. Check out the eyes! Creepy!
Here we are playing a game my friend’s family created called SDL – Sit Down League. You just sit and lightly kick a beach ball around – hardly any effort required. It’s pretty fun actually.
Another fun week in Maine.
Have you been on vacation this summer?
