I have come full circle. I’ve tried them all, Weight Watchers, low carb, keto, Jenny Craig, Diet Center, Trim Healthy Mama, etc….I’ve been on a low fat vegan diet for nine days now. I’ve lost 7 lbs. It’s a cheaper diet. I don’t crave carbs cause I am eating them all day long! My asthma has improved and no joint pain. It all started with this documentary on Netflix called What the Health.
