Mother’s Day must be the busiest day of the year for restaurants. What Mother wants to cook on Mother’s Day? For our big day, we all went out for Chinese food at Asian Imperial. I don’t normally eat Chinese food – maybe once or twice a year! It isn’t the healthiest food. The service was slow, but the food was delicious. We all shared beef and broccoli, orange chicken, pork low mien, pork fried rice, teriyaki chicken, chicken fingers and my absolute favorite crab rangoon. I had Ryan take this photo, and he just couldn’t quite fit everyone in. (Sorry Liz!)
What is your favorite Chinese Food dish?
More importantly, what did you and your family do for Mother’s Day?
