This is a sponsored post. I received a box of Gerbera Daisies from BloomsyBox to facilitate this flower subscription review. Opinions expressed are my own.
Earth laughs in flowers. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
It’s such a loving thing to give someone flowers. It’s the perfect gift to express your feelings. I love giving and receiving cut flowers – yes – even though they die! (I am talking to you Grant! – It’s a not always about being practical.) So, what is better than giving the occasional bouquet of flowers? Giving a monthly subscription from BloomsyBox – that’s what!
BloomsyBox Monthly Flower Subscription Review
A BloomsyBox subscription is a monthly service providing the recipient with a variety of fresh cut farm flowers delivered to their door every single month of the year.
I received a Box of Gerbera Daisies from BloomsyBox. The box contained 30 flowers each carefully packaged with netting around each bloom and plastic tubes protecting each stem.
Here is how they looked with the brown wrapping removed.
Every flower was in perfect condition as a result of this careful packaging. There was not one broken stem or flower petal. I was very impressed with that.
I also received this card in the box, along with a package of flower food.
I love the variety of spring colors in this group of Gerbera daisies. The colors are orange, ivory, yellows, pink and fuchsia.
According to Bloomsybox, The Gerbera Daisy is April’s birth flower and is associated with innocence, purity and cheerfulness. I love that Bloomsybox includes information like that as well as thorough instructions on how to care for the Gerbera Daisies and how to decorate with them. Check out that information here.
I was having fun displaying the flowers in different ways. Here, I’ve displayed a few of the flowers in my antique tea tin.
This idea to display the flowers in a mason jar was suggested at BloomsyBox.com. I took a Ball mason jar and painted it a light blue, tied a simple ribbon around it and displayed a few more of the flowers like this.
What’s nice about receiving 30 flowers is that I can share them. I am going to my nephew’s birthday party this afternoon. My sister’s mother-in-law is hosting. I am bringing this little bouquet for her to enjoy.
What a fantastic gift for Mother’s Day or a birthday for that matter. I would love to receive a monthly subscription to Bloomsybox every month of the year. (Again,I am talking to you Grant!) I have a feeling many, many women would. 🙂
Seasons change and so will your Bloomsy Box!
We’re really choosy about what goes into your box…and how it arrives at your door. From selecting only the finest seasonal blooms or traditionally beautiful bouquets, every bloom will be carefully cosseted in our signature Box for a flawless arrival at your door! Have your favorite vase handy–we’re sure our blooms are worth your special attention too. We can’t wait to surprise you with what’s in your Box! 🙂
We couldn’t do this without the help of our farms. With our close farm partnerships, you’ll get blooms that are freshly cut 2-4 days before you get to enjoy them. You know what’s even more awesome? The farms we work with take care of their workers and the environment. That’s kind of a must for us.
A BloomsyBox subscription starts at $34.99 per month. There are three subscription choices. I received 30 flowers and this would be subscription option M for $38.99 per month. Check them out at BloomsyBox.com. BloomsyBox also offers one-time delivery as well. For those options click here.
