Okay, so “shelfies” are the tv series or movies on Netflix that you have on the virtual “shelf” that you plan on watching. You know, when you have the time. After a weekend like this one? I’m not sure when I will be able to sit down and watch my shelfies! Let me explain!
Over this past weekend, we were non-stop on the go. Friday night I took Ryan, James and his two friends to the Launch Trampoline Park for his birthday. We didn’t get home until almost 11:00.
We didn’t get home until late Saturday night either. And today? James is going to a birthday party and we are going over my parents house. They will be moving soon and need to help empty out their house. So, we are going to help out by taking stuff they don’t want. Quite frankly, with my current organization kick, bringing home more “stuff” may be a step backwards for me!
To top it off, next weekend will be a marching band parade and James family birthday party. I will be cleaning this house in small increments all. week.long. I am tired just thinking about it.
So you see, lately I haven’t had much time to sit and watch my Netflix shelfies, but I can’t wait for the weekend that I can binge on a few of them! I would love to sit down and watch the Black List.
I know there are lots of fans of Once Upon a Time. This one is on my list to watch with my kids. Common Sense Media recommends ages 12+. Ryan is 11, but we think he is ready to see it. 🙂
Of course, I am waiting for my favorites to resume like House of Cards and Orange is the New Black. I hope Netflix will pick up Better Call Saul the prequel to Breaking Bad. I refuse to pay to watch episodes of this on my cable! Who needs cable when there is Netflix?
Here are some other suggestions for shows on Netflix that may appeal to you! You may just want to add some of these to YOUR shelfie list.
