Well, the warm weather is here. Are you ready for t-shirts and shorts? Are you ready to put that bathing suit on and get out there on the beach? I’m totally not. I’ve been in the house hibernating because of that nasty winter we just had!!!! Arrg! I still have that pesky 25 extra lbs. that my body seems to fight me to hold onto. I’ve been trying to lose 25 lbs. ever since I’ve had kids! Not easy when you are a mom over 40 like me. I also have menopause down the road to consider, and then? Losing weight will be twice as hard. Phooey!

I am still looking for the quick fix. The simple solution. The easy answer – even though I know it’s calories in verses calories out. Someday I will learn.
