Contrary to what you have been told, eating vegetables, exercising daily, and living a low stress, happy life are not the keys to living to 100 years old. The secret to reaching 100 does involve a Dr., but not the Dr. you may think. The “good Dr.” I am talking about is Dr. Pepper. The prescription? Drink 3 of these per day and live to 104 – just like Elizabeth Sullivan, an 104 year old woman from Fort Worth, Texas.
Don’t try to offer her a coffee at 6:30 am, she prefers a frosty bottle of Dr. Pepper! Here’s her story:

You have to admit, she appears to be in fantastic physical and mental shape for 104 – but I would hazard a guess that her longevity comes down to genetics more so than her Dr. Pepper habit.
The one thing that I drink every single day, without fail is coffee – just two cups. Maybe someday, I will be able to say I owe it all to my two cup a day habit. (At least coffee has antioxidants in it, right?)
