I never thought to combine Mexican with Italian, but this turned out to be a great pairing!

Ground Turkey Taco Stuffed Pasta Shells
- 1 Pound 93% lean ground turkey
- 20 Prince Jumbo Pasta Shells
- 1.25 oz. package McCormick Taco Seasoning 30% less sodium
- 1 Jar Salsa
- 1 Cup 2% Shredded Cheese (I used Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground turkey and prepare with taco seasoning as directed on package. Boil pasta shells according to package. In glass baking dish pour some salsa on bottom of baking dish and spread around. Fill pasta shells with taco meat. Place in baking dish. Pour remaining salsa over and cover in cheese. Cover baking dish in tin foil and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
