Circulon Symmetry 4.5 Quart Chef Pan Review
This pan is a great size for soups, sides and even entire meals! I used this chef’s pan for a Korean dish called Bibimbap that is so darn good. The first step was to brown the sirloin. The pan heated up quickly and the sirloin was browned in no time.
Following the meat, I stir fried some carrot sticks until crisp tender.
I appreciated the depth of this pan when it came to stir-frying the bean sprouts and baby spinach. As you know, the spinach leaves can have a lot of volume before they wilt from the heat. This pan is the perfect size for the job. Clean up was a snap thanks to the 3-layer non-stick construction.
Here is how this meal looked completed. Not sure what I will be cooking up next, but glad to know I have a great pan for the job!
