Michael Angelo’s meat lasagna is one of their original family recipes. They sauté their freshly ground beef (no trim!) with fresh garlic and onions, add their specially grown tomatoes and a blend of Italian spices to create their delicious meat sauce. Then, they layer their firm lasagna pasta with the sauce, premium ricotta and mozzarella and top it off with imported Pecorino Romano.
