Wordless Wednesday The Very Hungry Caterpillars #WW

I was walking out the front door and I looked down into the flower bed and saw these caterpillars feasting on this weed that had popped up. Since it was a weed and there were no other caterpillars eating my other flowers and shrubs, I let them have at it. Two days later, I walked out and saw what was left -one bare stem stripped of every last leaf!

    wow! what a before and after..I have seen those hungry caterpillars do that to whole trees!
