Yum Yum Bowls Giveaway and Review 1/21

This next item up for giveaway is just in time to help with those New Year’s Resolutions to lose weight. Yum Yum Bowls are 4 ounce ceramic bowls with lids that help kids, teens and adults enjoy all of their favorite foods in moderation. I received one Yum Yum bowl for review and two Moms Own Words readers will win a set of four Yum Yum bowls.

Yum Yum Bowls Review

These little  4 oz. bowls are undeniably cute! I like the look and feel of the ceramic. Like my favorite mug is to coffee, this little bowl is destined to become my favorite snack bowl. Who knows? When I see “Yum Yum time is………….over”, maybe it will sink into my brain and I will honor those words of wisdom! Stranger things have happened!

That is the point of placing those words on the bowl to send the message that –  Hey! I’m done and it’s time to put the bowl in the sink! It worked for creator Tracy Adler, who after a short time of using the bowls actually lost a few pounds and got back  down to her original weight.

I have a hard time sticking with the right portion of ice cream and the Yum Yum bowl will be perfect for that type of dessert. The bowls are pretty versatile. A set of four would make cute dessert bowls. (The colors remind me of Fiesta Ware). Additionally, the bowls are great for kids! I gave the goldfish you see below to Ryan and he happily ate them up. The bowls each have plastic lids for taking snacks for myself or the kids to go.

My snack would be cashews. This sure would help me with learning when to stop eating so many of them.

I’m a HUGE trail mix person. So that is definitely what I would fill my bowl with :)
Thank you for the opportunity !

My favorite snack to enjoy in the Yum Yum bowls would be roasted chickpeas. They are so hard to stop, so portion control is key for me.
