My Version of Panera’s Strawberry Poppy Seed and Chicken Salad
This recipe will feed 2 people if this is all you’re eating. If you make this as a side dish, it will feed 3 – 4 people.
Ingredients
1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
3/4 to 1 cup grilled chicken, chopped (You can also use Perdue Short Cuts or Rotisserie chicken)
4 oz. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 to 3/4 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup toasted pecans or walnuts
10 – 12 mandarin orange segments (optional)
1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh blueberriesDirections
Add all of the ingredients to a serving bowl. Drizzle the salad with Poppy Seed Sweet & Sour Dressing.

I love this salad and miss them immensely in winter… Does Panera even sell their dressing? I would love to get a hand on it….
